Annual Grants
Bridport Town Council awards grants each year to local organisations that work for the benefit of the town. The grants are intended for charitable, voluntary or similar bodies and not for private organisations or individuals. We operate two grants schemes each year, the community grants scheme and the West Bay Car Boot Sale grants scheme.
Community Grants Scheme
The Council’s community grants scheme runs once a year, with applications opening in June and grants awarded in September. The scheme is currently open for applications, with a deadline for submission of Thursday 22 August 2024 (5pm). You can download an application form using the links below. West Bay Car Boot Sale Grants Scheme
The Town Council manages the West Bay Car Boot Sale, and distributes the funds generated from pitch fees in the form of grants to community and voluntary organisations whose work benefits people living in the Bridport Local Area Partnership area. Applications normally open in November, with grants awarded in February/March.
The Car Boot Sale Grants Scheme is not currently open for applications.
