Neighbourhood Plan

There will be further opportunities to take part in the preliminary consultation on Vision 2030, the Neighbourhood Plan (for Allington, Bradpole, Bothenhampton, Bridport, Symondsbury and Walditch) when the Neighbourhood Plan roadshow will be at the Melplash show this week (27 August) and Symondsbury Fete on Sunday 30 August. Questionnaires will continue to be available at the Library, Tourist Information Centre, Mountfield and the Leisure Centre throughout the month and can also be completed online at http://www.vision-2030.co.uk/

The community led Neighbourhood Plan Steering Group meets again on 2 September at 7pm in Mountfield with its newly appointed consultant Jo Witherden, to discuss the next stages in the project, including the arrangements to establish the working groups, which will start to meet later in the month. All those people who have expressed an interest in taking part in the working groups will be contacted separately regarding the arrangements.
