Outline Application for the Vearse Farm Development

Bridport Town Council’s Planning Committee met last night 13 June to consider the outline application for the Vearse Farm development.

The Committee received a presentation from the West Dorset District Council’s Projects & Specialist Services Manager, attached.

The Committee decided to object to the application, primarily on access grounds (the full minutes and the full recommendation will be available on this site soon).

The Town Council is a consultee on planning applications and makes a recommendation to West Dorset District Council, who will take a decision on the application later in the year.
